Welcome to Archer Solutions (“System”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the System,
which is dedicated to the security industry, including security guards, security companies, security users and related
services and tasks. By accessing or using the System, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree,
please do not use the System.
Interpretation
The words in capital or which the first letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
System refers to the ERP platform and its related services including Archer App.
Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device,

third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on
behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the
Service is used.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service
infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which
such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
User refers to any individual or entity using the System, including security employees, employers, and clients.
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Employer refers to a security company or individual employing security personnel or any other employer providing
connected services.
Employee refers to a security guard or other personnel using the System.
Client refers to any entity that engages security services or any other type of services offered through the System.
Data refers to any information, including personal and location data, stored or processed within the System.
User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Employers must verify the employment status of security personnel they register or link with.
Any unauthorized use of accounts must be reported immediately.
Usage of the System
The System facilitates employee profile creation, employer linkage, and location tracking during active shifts.
Users must not misuse the System for unauthorized activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or
unauthorized access to data.Location tracking is enabled only during active shifts and is subject to applicable privacy laws.
Employers and employees must comply with all applicable employment and labor laws when using the System.
Employer and Employee Responsibilities
Employers are responsible for ensuring compliance with employment agreements and local labor regulations.
Employees must accurately log their work hours and comply with employer policies.
Any disputes between employers and employees must be resolved independently; the System is not liable for
employment-related issues.
Limitation of Liability
The System is provided “as is” without any warranties.
The System is not responsible for any employment disputes, financial losses, or unauthorized access to user
accounts.
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Termination and Suspension
The System reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may terminate their accounts at any time, subject to data retention policies outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Data Privacy and Protection
The System collects and processes personal and location data only for operational purposes.
Data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
Users consent to the collection and use of their data in accordance with the System’s Privacy Policy.
The System implements security measures to protect user data but does not guarantee absolute security.

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior

may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or a Service Provider’s server or it may be simply stored on Your

communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates or informative communications
related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or
reasonable for their implementation.
To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we
offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to
receive such information.
To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
To deliver targeted advertising to You: We may use Your information to develop and display content and advertising
(and work with third-party vendors who do so) tailored to Your interests and/or location and to measure its
effectiveness.
For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring,
reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as
part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is

We are using your location including "Background Location" to find you jobs around your position or to find agents
around a specific location. We never use that data for any other purpose. With Archer your privacy is secured.

We may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses
the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google
may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
